Delivery Policy

SUBURBS WE SERVICE: We deliver in our refrigerated van direct to your door, to ensure you receive flowers that are fresh and long lasting. We do not use couriers.

Orders must exceed $50.00 to qualify for delivery.

Enter the delivery Post Code or Delivery Suburb name when ordering. If the suburb is in our delivery area, it will automatically calculate the delivery charge, if not we cannot deliver to your suburb, but you can pick up at the farm.

Delivery is charged per order, not per item delivered to a single address. You will only be charged once at checkout.

If you require delivery at a specific time (within + or - 30 minutes) a surcharge of $15.00 will be applied at checkout. Timed delivery is only available between 9am and 5pm.

SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAY DELIVERIES: Pick up at farm only, no Sunday and/or public holiday deliveries availabe.

VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERIES

  • Valentine's Day deliveries are all un-timed as we cannot manage the volume of orders on Valentine's Day.
  • As Valentine's Day occurs on Saturday, we will deliver on Friday.
  • Without guarantee, most deliveries are made by noon.
MOTHER'S DAY DELIVERIES   Because of the volume of deliveries, we need to spread our deliveries over Friday, and Saturday.  

FUNERAL DELIVERY   Funerals are timed, point to point and are by quote only.  

WEDDINGS   Weddings are timed, point to point and are by quote only.  View wedding delivery details here.  We may deliver your order up to one hour before your nominated time. When you determine the time you wish the flowers delivered, please consider whether the delivery destination will have someone to receive them.

NO ONE HOME POLICY

lf there is no one home and we have access to a place we consider appropriate, we will leave the flowers in a shaded position in an area of reasonable visibility.  We will not leave flowers outside your property line.  If we cannot find a place we consider appropriate, we will return the flowers to the farm and contact the sender.  Another delivery fee applies for redirection or re-delivery.

AGGRESSIVE DOG

Where we believe there is an aggressive dog; we will not enter the property.  We will phone the recipient and ask for instructions. It we cannot contact the recipient, we will return the flowers to the farm and try to notify the sender.

SECURE GATED COMMUNITIES

Secure gated communities are multi-tenant or owner units or villas with an automatic access gate.  The owners use a remote control device or access code to open the gate to the community.  These community living systems always have an intercom system that allows access by dialing the villa number.

If there is no one home, and we cannot contact the community manager, then we cannot leave the flowers.  They will be returned to the farm for pickup, or redelivery.  In this case, another delivery fee applies.

SECURE HOUSES

Secure houses are buildings with automatic gates.  The owners of these houses use a remote control device to open the gates to enter the property.  These fence/gate systems always have an intercom that alerts the occupant that someone is at the gate.

If there is no one home, then we cannot leave the flowers.  They will be returned to the farm for pickup, or redelivery.  In this case, another delivery fee applies. 

SECURE APARTMENT BUILDINGS

Secure apartments are multi tenant or owner buildings with automatic access doors.  The owners of these units use a remote control device to open the gates to the car park, or an access code to use the main access door from the footpath.  These buildings almost always have an intercom that alerts the occupant that someone is at the door.

If there is no one home, then we cannot leave the flowers.  They will be returned to the farm for pickup, or redelivery.  In this case, another delivery fee applies.
