Internet ordering information. 

If you place an order using the internet requiring delivery within 24 hours, please confirm your order by phoning 07 3849 8743.  Mostly, email delivery times to us are within one hour, some almost instantaneous.  Occasionally email delivery times can be over 12 hours.  This is beyond our control and we cannot process an order that is still in someone elses pipeline.

To order a delivery on the internet,

• Click on the item you want
  • For example, REF:707 - Fishbowl vase.
• Follow the process through sender and delivery details
• Arrive at the payment portal
• Using Mastercard, Visa or PayPal, (if you have a PayPal account), complete the transaction
• We will deliver your roses in our refrigerated van, in accordance with your request .

To order a pickup on the internet - pay using Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.

• Click on the item you want
  • For example, REF:707 - Fishbowl vase.
• Follow the process through sender and delivery details
  • Delivery street is           "Farm"
  • Delivery suburb is         "PICK UP" Using "PICK UP" as the suburb there is no delivery fee
  • Delivery post code is    "9999"
• Arrive at the payment portal
• Using Mastercard, Visa or PayPal (if you have a PayPal account), complete the transaction.  
• We will hold your roses in our coldroom for your pickup.

To order a pickup on the internet - pay on pickup,

• Click on the item you want
  • For example,   REF:707 - Fishbowl vase.    
• Follow the process through sender and delivery details
  • Delivery street is           "Farm"
  • Delivery suburb is         "PICK UP" Using "PICK UP" as the suburb there is no delivery fee
  • Delivery post code is    "9999"
• Arrive at the payment portal
• Exit the payment portal without entering any card information
• Your request will be emailed to us as a pay on pickup transaction
• We will phone you to confirm your request and hold your roses in our coldroom for your pickup..

Phone ordering

• To phone order, call us on 1800 7673 24 (1800 ROSE 24)
• Quote the reference number for the item you like, for example, REF:707 - Fishbowl vase.  
• Let us know your colour and size preference.
• If you want the flowers delivered, provide your card payment details.
• Let us know the delivery details, or,
• You can pick up at a time suitable for you.
