GENERAL

To maintain our quality commitment, we grow, arrange and deliver the roses we sell.  There are no other city-wide flower businesses that can do this.

Our closed system produces and delivers roses in the best possible condition, roses guaranteed to deliver smiles everywhere.

We deliver our flowers in our refrigerated vans, driven by our staff to most Brisbane locations to ensure your complete satisfaction.  We see no point in allowing the roses we grow and market, compromised by inadequate delivery systems.

We will endeavour to deliver your flowers at a time suitable for you, however, most customers request an AM delivery.  For logistics reasons, we can have difficulty in meeting these time requests.

Our delivery driver averages 10 deliveries per day, (about 180 klm), and it is difficult to produce the floral work requested then deliver it all before noon.

'Point to point' means we deliver to a nominated address then return to the farm.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• Deliveries may be requested as AM or PM or timed.
• All deliveries are priced on one item to one address. 
  (Flowers with a soft toy / chocolates / wine etc., are regarded as one item)
  
• Subsequent deliveries to the same address are charged at 50% of the initial price
• Differing addresses on one order are individually chargeable.
• We deliver Monday to Friday except public holidays.
• Valentine's, Mother's Day and wedding delivery conditions are set out below.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

• Domestic residences between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Schools between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM
• Businesses between 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM
• Government departments between 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM
• Hospitals between 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM. 

SPECIAL DELIVERY TIMES

• A $15.00 delivery surcharge applies for deliveries before 11 AM or or after 5.00 PM.
• A $15.00 delivery surcharge applies for timed deliveries , (within 30 minutes).
• Weddings and funerals are by quote only.
• We will advise you when you order if we cannot meet a time deadline.
• AM deliveries can only be local, zones 1 & 2.
• For an AM delivery, we need the delivery details by 8:30 AM at the latest, or preferably, the previous day.

SECURE ADDRESSES, e.g. Gated Communities and Secure Apartment buildings.

• We cannot deliver to SECURE ADDRESSES without a contact number for the recipient and an instruction as to what to do if we cannot gain access to the facility.
• If we cannot deliver the flowers, we will return them to the farm for your further instruction. 
• Additional delivery charges apply for re-direction.

WHAT DO WE DO IF THERE IS NO ONE HOME

• If we cannot locate a suitable cool and safe place, we will phone the sender and/or recipient to seek advice.
• In the event we cannot contact the recipient, we will leave them in a visible, suitable cool and safe place.

SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

• Saturday and Sunday Public holiday deliveries by quote only.

VALENTINE'S DAY

• Valentine's Day deliveries are un-timed, by 3:00 PM for schools and 4:30 PM for all other deliveries. 
• You may request a delivery as AM or PM and the flowers will be delivered AM or PM if possible - but without any time guarantee.
  
• When Valentine's day occurs on a Sunday, a $15 delivery surcharge applies for Sunday deliveries. 
• Zone 5 & 6 requests for delivery may be declined if we cannot manage the delivery satisfactorily.

MOTHER'S DAY

• Because of the volume of deliveries, we need to spread our deliveries over Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• A delivery surcharge of $15 applies for Sunday deliveries.

 FUNERALS

• Funerals are timed, point to point and are by quote only. 
• We may deliver your order up to one hour before your nominated time. When you determine the time you wish the flowers delivered, please consider whether the delivery destination will have someone to receive them.
  

WEDDINGS

• Weddings are timed, point to point and are by quote only. 
• We may deliver your order up to one hour before your nominated time. When you determine the time you wish the flowers delivered, please consider whether the delivery destination will have someone to receive them.

INCORRECT OR INSUFICIENT ADDRESS DETAILS

• Flowers returned because of incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be re-directed with an additional delivery charge, or collected from the farm.
